Delaware County property management company looking for a full-time maintenance coordinator:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to resident requested maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assign work orders to internal maintenance tech or contractors/vendors and monitor progress through completion
- Coordinate and schedule repairs with tenants
- Track and close work orders
- Follow up with residents to ensure maintenance is resolved satisfactorily
- Approve and code invoices signifying work was satisfactorily completed
- Coordinate maintenance activity as required with other departments
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as required (on call 24/7)
REQUIREMENTS:
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
