BOS Medical Staffing is looking forBHTs/HSTs to work in a behavioral health setting. Shifts are available immediately.

Shift Availability: Full-Time Positions available (including weekend rotation).

• 7P-7A

Responsibilities:
- Collect and record data on client behavior
- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Skills:
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with medical records management
- Ability to engage and work with children effectively

Requirements:

• CPR Certification
• 1-year Behavioral Health or Crisis Stabilization experience
• Candidates must pass a criminal background check including an FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Check and Pre-employment drug screen.
