Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is required. Experience in team leadership or management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of solar sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is required. Experience in team leadership or management is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and the solar industry is preferred.

Schedule:

• Work Hours: Full-time position with flexible scheduling.

Location:

• Work Location: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites and team meetings.
