Property Manager

JK Management – Newberg, OR

JK Management is looking for a dependable full-time Property Manager. All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check. This position is for a 140-unit apartment complex in Newberg, Oregon

Compensation is a monthly salary range from $3791.67 - $4,246.67, DOE.
Housing options are negotiable.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Day to day complex operations
-Showing apartments and accepting applications
-Accepting rent and completing deposits
-Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures
-Posting notices to residents
-Managing the turnover of move-ins and move-outs
-Covering duties for neighboring complexes
-Light maintenance

2-3 years of apartment management experience is required.
Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5pm; total of 35 hours per week.
There is a mandatory criminal background check
High School Diploma or GED is required
