Human Resource Specialist

Duties: In this role, you will perform a variety of HR responsibilities including recruitment, selection and onboarding activities, benefits administration, employee relations and other assigned HR and administrative responsibilities. Works closely and in coordination with, and under the general direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Our Location: We are located at 65 Messimer Drive in Newark, Ohio, a short 30-minute scenic commute from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, and Mount Vernon.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. Associate degree or B.A. degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent experience working in Human Resources for a minimum of 3 years. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred. Basic computer, phone and typing skills are necessary for all positions.
