The role of the Stewardship Coordinator is to:

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of gift information within the records of both members and visitors
• Manage the CRM to ensure its optimal functionality, leveraging its capabilities to enhance member relationships and engagement
• Issue year-end giving statements to all donors
• Assign membership numbers to new members
• Perform other job duties and special projects on an as-needed basis

Job Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibility #1:

• Weekly input of gifts into Gift Database, Pushpay, timely
• Reviewing gift details to ensure gift was recorded in accordance with donor instructions
• Maintaining supporting documentation for gifts that can be provided to auditors

Key Responsibility #2:

• Ensure that membership information is up to date and accurate
• Assign members numbers to new members

Key Responsibility #3:

• Distributing Quarterly and Annual Giving statements

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to work with Cloud based programs

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
