Responsibilities
- Manage schedules/calendars for the Principals including professional and personal appointments, meetings, events, and travel
- Assist with project management of portfolio properties and projects
- Review and pay invoices
- Collect and distribute W9 forms
- Record and manage expenses and tax records
- Track various bank accounts and obtain financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Strong Excel
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Experience booking complex travel
