The Technology Learning & Communications Specialist will oversee and manage our Learning Management System (LMS). This position entails creating and delivering training content in collaboration with various departments and leadership to ensure all personnel are equipped with the necessary skills.
The Specialist will work with other departments to develop, implement, and execute mandatory training programs. They will assess technology training programs to ensure they meet business needs and will work closely with other teams to ensure consistency in the design and communication of all training programs.
The Specialist will also assist in preparing and distributing communications within the team and to the wider firm.
