SitusAMC is Hiring a Managing Director Near New York, NY
- Management responsibilities for all aspects of due diligence, loan structuring, client management, business development and investment recommendation
- Develop and maintain origination network of direct borrowers and brokers nationwide
- Assist in the marketing of securitizations, including traveling on the road shows
- Manage teams of Originators and work closely with underwriting leaders
- Candidate is required to have a BA/BS, ideally in commercial real estate finance, finance or similar
- At least 13-18 years’ experience focused on commercial real estate
- Strong work ethic with a solutions-driven approach to working through issues or challenges
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work among a diverse team and be a supportive and collaborative colleague
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Skills in structuring and planning work, and proactively manage tasks through ebbs and flows in workload
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and accuracy skills
- Ability to learn and comprehend information quickly
- Willingness and motivation to make the group successful
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task
- High degree of professionalism.
- Ability to quickly become an expert on STS Structured Products, LLC business and culture.
