**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Research Manager to oversee and lead qualitative and quantitative research projects in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management - including job traffic and managing of employees, client interface, market research qualitative recruitment, analysis and reporting.
**Duties:**
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of research projects from inception to completion. Focus on multi-tasking employees of various experiences in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround climate.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of researchers to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement strategies for successful data collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives forward
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and scientific research methodologies
- Knowledge of compliance management in clinical research settings
- Experience in project management and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of data collection and analysis methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
