Office Assistant needed for Anna's House Assisted Living. We are a 49 bed CBRF and we are in need of a reliable person to help making things run smoothly in the office and on the floor.

**Duties:**

- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Organize and maintain office files and documents

- Process orders and perform order entry tasks

- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met

- Manage calendars and staff schedule

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Provide general clerical support as needed

**Skills:**

- Previous experience working in a healthcare is a must

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines

- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling

- Need to know how to use Microsoft 365

- General clerical skills such as filing, copying, and scanning

-Medical terminology would be a plus.

-Caregiving is a must. There will be times when you will need to fill in on the floor.

-Back up to our oncall staff.

If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, we encourage you to apply for the position of Office Assistant. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office while gaining valuable experience in a professional setting side of healthcare. Office hours are no more than 24 hours a week but if working a shift on the floor that would be caregiving hours. This job has the potential to be fulltime.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
