Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth restaurant functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Supervise daily operations to maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food production and food preparation processes
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service
- Ability to assist in kitchen operations when necessary
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Restaurant Management is preferred
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus
