Smithtown Center for Rehab, is an exceptional team-oriented facility Looking to hire for the Concierge - Patient Relations Specialist Position where we thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible.

Salary : $22-24 / Hr based on experience

Qualifications and expectations for a Concierge - Patient Relations Specialist :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two year associates degree preferred
• Prior patient relations experience
• Assist with getting new admissions acclimated to the facility
• Utilize customer service skills to identify and resolve any concerns residents and / or family members have with proper departments
• Transport residents to and from activities and beauty parlor
• Request and assist with Google Reviews from satisfied residents and / or families
• Front desk coverage as needed
• Perform facility tours to potential new admissions
• Seeks out new experiences or methods; supports implementation of change
• Performs any other duties necessary as assigned by Supervisor
• Clerical skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Facility uses Sigma EMR system

Shift Full time 10am - 6pm Every other Saturday 9-5
