Position Details

As a Marketing Manager at Aila Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to support enterprise sales cycles. We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution capabilities, and a passion for driving results. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support enterprise sales objectives encompassing events, account-based marketing, and team development initiatives
  • Implement inbound marketing tactics to attract and engage target audiences while also planning and executing impactful events to enhance brand visibility
  • Create compelling content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, utilizing account-based marketing strategies to personalize outreach and drive conversions
  • Execute high-impact email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and align marketing efforts accordingly
  • Assist in growing and managing the demand team as we scale, ensuring effective execution of demand-generation strategies
  • Utilize HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on technology startups
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales cycles and driving lead-generation efforts
  • Expertise in inbound, content, email, and digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is highly desirable
