Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and be adept at identifying top talent through various sourcing strategies.

Duties:

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies

Skills:

- Proficiency in Salesforce for candidate tracking

- Experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques

- Strong interviewing skills to evaluate candidate fit

- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Kronos, and iCIMS

- Ability to conduct research to identify potential candidates
