We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
