MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE
Position Overview:
A definite multi-tasker that displays accuracy as well as efficiency with processing all automotive accounting functions. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle sales into accounting from finance department
- Receipt daily deposit from sales, service, and parts
- Receipt incoming monetary proceeds from vehicle sales
- Write check disbursements for vehicle trade-in
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Knowledge of CDK software
- Prepare vehicle titles for registration for all vehicle sales which are (retail, wholesale, local, and out of state sales).
- Maintain and Process vehicle inventory
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to utilize a 10-key calculator
- Work well under pressure
- Display enthusiasm

Great compensation and benefit package that will be discussed during your interview. You will need to pass employment background, valid Driver’s License and Drug Screen tests prior to employment. All inquiries are held in the strictest confidence.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
