The Medical Assistant – Intake position plays an important part in the daily operation of our TOA clinics. This role is for either a certified or non-certified MA. Based in our Central Business Office, this position supports many of our TOA facilities. The MA Intake partners with our clinical staff and clinical administrative team members to ensure our patients receive excellent service. Our MAs demonstrate a deeply rooted compassion for helping our patients, and a commitment to making sure our operations run smoothly and effectively.
