We are partnered with a Non-Profit that assists persons with developmental disabilities in the search of an IT Technician III.
You will provide computer systems support and administration under the IT Supervisor
Job Title: IT Technician III
Location: Napa, CA
Salary: $65 - $85k per year
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Description:Responsibilities include:
- Support and train end-users
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Handle Helpdesk tickets and provide 2nd tier support
- Oversee Tech Refresh, Onboarding, Offboarding, and inventory tracking
- Ensure high-level customer service and resolve support requests
- Regular travel within Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties, with occasional after-hours work
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field with certifications, or 5 years of network administration experience
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
