We are assisting our client in the search of an IT Support and Network Administration Specialist.

Reporting to the Information Technology Supervisor, this role involves comprehensive computer systems support and administration. Responsibilities include Helpdesk support, network maintenance, security compliance, and user training.

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Napa with regular travel within Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties

Responsabilities

• Provide IT support to end-users and agency systems
• Manage Helpdesk tickets and provide escalation support to tier I/II helpdesk
• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in network administration
• Strong background supporting LAN, WAN, Routers, VPN, Firewalls
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
• Scripting knowledge, PowerShell, Python
