This position is full-time onsite and relocation assistance will not be offered at this time.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Create and maintain customized financial models for various business units and projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial analysis.
- Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required to support decision-making.
- Continuously refine financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for senior management, providing guidance on budget and financial matters.
- Lead the translation of business strategies into financial plans and targets, offering valuable insights during budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain close alignment with supported teams to proactively address challenges.
- Assist in analyzing seasonal sales trends, margins, customer behaviors, and marketing strategies to optimize demand and inventory procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years in senior FP&A roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Track record of developing financial reports and metrics.
- Ability to understand and address the financial needs of a rapidly growing company.
