We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Novi, Michigan. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage. Responsibilities:• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals• Review resumes and applications to identify and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process, including timely communication, scheduling, and feedback• Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
