Job Summary

The Operations Associate II position supports the Cash Management Operations teams on various day-to-day operational duties including positive-pay scrubbing, Internet-Banking troubleshooting and client service enhanced product setup.

Responsible to maintain and prepare management metrics reporting (weekly and monthly) and manage monthly invoice review and approvals by the Director of Cash Management Operations.

Pay Range : $24.36 - $34.62 - $44.87

Job Responsibilities :

Provide day-to-day operational support to the various cash management operations teams. Specific duties depend on needs within the teams (i.

e. vacation coverage, high volumes, system problems).

Maintain metrics associated with cash management operations services; weekly data from each team lead and assist the Director of Cash Management Operations in maintaining and preparing monthly management reporting metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).

Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications :

Education level required : High School graduate.

Minimum experience required : 3 years of banking or related experience in cash / treasury management products and services.

Comfortable using various cash management computer applications for transaction processing and support.

Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

Willing to cross train in other department functions to be able to provide coverage as necessary.

Organized and able to perform within a high-volume area.

Must be discrete and professional.

Must have solid communication and organization skills.
