Our partner company is an energy efficiency company who partners with utility companies to assist customers on saving money on their energy bills.

Position : Remote
Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay rate : $16.10 / hr.
Sales Support Specialist job tasks include :
- Be friendly, professional, and assist with customer service as needed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales targets established by the call center managers.
- Upsell products and / or services to customers.
- Continually maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions.
- Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Proactively offer products and close sales.
- Maintain a sales per hour goal based on program.
Sales experience preferred.
