Description

1. Guidance and Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of guidance for patients concerning their medical-card benefits, ensuring they understand the nuances of the EEOICPA/RECA programs.
2. Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain trackable records, utilizing strong computer skills.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and foster strong relationships with patients, their authorized representatives, case managers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving.
4. CRM System: Efficiently utilize the company's CRM system to track, record, and update patient interactions.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Commit to outstanding customer service, striving for continuous improvement in patient satisfaction.
6. Patient Surveys: Conduct, evaluate, and follow up on patient satisfaction surveys.
7. Clear Communication: Effectively explain processes and benefits to patients, their authorized representatives, and other stakeholders.
8. Follow-Up Management: Schedule and manage follow-up calls tailored to individual patient needs.
9. Event Support: Offer virtual support and guidance during patient assistance events.

Qualifications

1. Familiarity with the EEOICPA/RECA programs or a willingness to undergo training is highly beneficial.
