Celtic Marble & Granite LLC is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Murfreesboro, TN
Celtic Marble & Granite provides countertops and other fabricated stone solutions to builders, homeowners and contractors. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our wide range of services, including fabrication and installation of stone countertops (granite, quartz, quartzite, marble). The position will pay a base salary, plus commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through with builders, contractors and kitchen and bath companies.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and quality of our services
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and estimates
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Meet monthly sales targets and quotas
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling products, including stone countertops (granite, quartz, quartzite, marble)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
