Venquis is currently working in partnership with a leading organisation in Munich, which is in the process of expanding their Network & Security department.

Our client is a commercial enterprise that ensures responsible gambling and secure gaming processes for customers. They have been recognised as a top employer in medium-sized companies in 2021 and are centrally located in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Operation, monitoring, and administration of networks.
• Conception and implementation of highly available LAN networks.
• Error analysis through monitoring data traffic and initiation or implementation of troubleshooting measures.
• Administration of firewall systems and creation of technical documentation.
• Participation in the development and implementation of optimization measures for operational matters (technology, tools, procedures/processes).

Who Are You?

• Completed bachelor's degree or comparable professional training in IT, along with relevant professional experience.
• Desired knowledge of network components from Cisco and Extreme Networks.
• Advantageous knowledge of the network management system XMC.
• Good understanding of switching and routing, TCP/IP, and IT environment services.
• Strong analytical skills, independent and responsible work ethic, results orientation, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Class B driving license (car) with driving experience is required.
