What you get to do in this role:
The Regional Partner Manager - Dedicated plays a key role in delivering on our transformational vision. This role is a dedicated regional resource covering Regional or National Partners within our General Business Territories in Germany and Austria.
This role drives partner sales execution at the General Business level, ensures regional relevance for partners by industry and workflow. The role develops pipeline within their assigned partners and territories by activating and engaging with partner sales.
The Regional Partner Manager - Dedicated is empowered to execute a localized regional go-to-market business plan through the aligned partners. Strategies will result in driving “Sourced and Partner Impacted” NNACV, showcase wins and reflect regional Marketing plans and engagement with other ServiceNow sales teams. Success will be measured by achievement of sales quotas for allocated accounts in the General Business territories on a quarterly and annual basis.
Key responsibilities
Where you will be focusing on:
· Proactively manage relationships with partner executives at assigned partners to build partner mindshare.
· Build partner business across key workflows areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams supported by a joint business plan with the partner.
· Build regional partner mindshare within priority industries and workflows
· Align with Field Sales and Field Management on priority pursuits and accounts to build pipeline.
· Drive Partner Forecast Process and Reporting
· Serve as primary ACE touchpoint for Field Sales when their partner is engaged or active within the account or pursuit.
· Ensure the Partner strategy is in line with Value Selling (i.e., Value Prompter) and NowSell principles.
· Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.
· Approximately 30% travel
To be successful in this role you have:
· At least 5 years prior experience working with sales, marketing and partners driving highly qualified pipeline
· Ability to work in a true 'east-west' operating model with both direct line and dotted line team members
· Diligence at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted results, identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans.
