Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee the development and management of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supported living services, program development, administration, and supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of a program for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to program staff in implementing behavior management strategies.
- Ensure the proper administration of medications according to established protocols.
- Supervise managers and DSP’s who support activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene.
- Provide oversight to individuals in achieving their goals and promoting independence.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as state agencies and behavioral/mental health specialists, and to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records of program activities.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience supervising staff and managing teams
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management
- Background in social work or related field is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including assisting with personal care and hygiene.
- Direct support experience in a similar setting is preferred.
- Understanding of behavior support concepts and interventions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Qualifications for this position: Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years demonstrated management experience in a Supported Living program.
Other Employment Requirements: Possess a valid Washington state driver's license, a vehicle to use on a daily basis for work purposes, proof of auto insurance, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
