What this job involves -
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks for multiple project types. The Project Coordinator should be organized, flexible and able to multi-task.
What is your day to day?
- Set up folders on shared drive and upload project documents into folders
- Partner with multiple PM's and stakeholders to help drive results
- Assemble PDF and project quotes where needed
- Create stakeholder and region reports
- Prepare and distribute project reports
- Assist with Shopping Carts (purchase order creation)
- Maintain tracker invoices and change orders
- Working on financial reconciliation / Research late payments / final payments to vendors
- Collect and file lien waivers
- Set up budgets in Project Management System's
- Ensure write-offs are complete
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Ensure all audit required documentation is in Workspace and Shared Drive
- Work with multiple Construction PMs for any ad hoc requests
- Work with Multiple business lines
- Help to promote a collaborative work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
- An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret document
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
