**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in facilities management. This role involves overseeing and maintaining the building's systems to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

**Responsibilities:**

· Conduct routine inspections of the building's systems to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.

· Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

· Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities.

· Supervise external contractors when needed for specialized repairs.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

· Troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and logic controllers.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

**Skills:**

· Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, low voltage, and logic controllers.

· Proficiency in CMMS software for efficient work order management.

· Experience in facilities management and maintenance management practices.

· Ability to supervise external contractors effectively.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
