Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will play a key part in keeping our hotel running smoothly.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to simple electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they start
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Strong experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate external contractors
