**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in facilities management. This role involves overseeing and maintaining the building's systems to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
**Responsibilities:**

**Skills:**
· Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, low voltage, and logic controllers.
· Proficiency in CMMS software for efficient work order management.
· Experience in facilities management and maintenance management practices.
· Ability to supervise external contractors effectively.
