• Manage the daily operations of our brokerage department, focusing on brokering out our home services.
• Broker our company's services by overseeing transportation sales and dispatch activities.
• Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies tailored to the home services brokerage market.
• Ensure full compliance with FDA regulations within our transportation and brokerage practices.
• Formulate and lead pricing strategies that cater to the unique demands of the home services sector to boost profitability.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service delivery.
• Leverage inside sales techniques to expand and diversify our client base within the brokerage industry.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A strong background in carrier sales with extensive experience in brokering services, preferably in home services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cradle-to-grave brokerage processes, particularly in a start-up environment.
• Adept at ensuring compliance with relevant FDA regulations in transportation and brokerage operations.
• Proficiency in the strategic management of logistics operations, including sales, pricing, and customer relationship management.
