Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Tommy Pollina Landscape Company. The Landscape Design and Sales Professional will be responsible for meeting with clients to assess their needs, designing landscape solutions that meet these needs, providing recommendations, preparing proposals, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication, customer service skills, creativity, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Role Qualifications

• Landscape Design Experience: Ability to conceptualize and design aesthetic and functional spaces.
• Knowledge of Plants, Horticulture, and Landscaping Materials
• Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Assess Client Needs and Provide Recommendations
• Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills
• Valid Driver's License

Don’t have a huge amount of experience? That's okay; we're looking for goal-oriented design and sales individuals who are driven and want to learn and to win. This is a year-round position that includes a base salary of $50-60K plus sales commissions , paid holidays, car allowance, health insurance, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
