Holiday Inn Express Mt Pleasant-Scottdale is currently seeking to hire multiple Front Desk Agents or Night Auditors to join our Front Desk team! The ideal candidate is a professional who has previous experience as either a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor, demonstrates a friendly and welcoming demeanor and is familiar with the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out and issue room keys.
- Know the rules and procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Record all financial transactions from the day.
- Distribute mail to guests and store packages for pick-up.
- Greet guests upon arrival.
- Answer questions about hotel services or local attractions.
- Be able to quickly find information from the computer system and phone lists.
- Handle money accurately.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
