Description:

Long Term Care LPN - Mt. Angel, Oregon
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 12hr NOCs (rotation is 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)
- Ratios: 1:10-15
- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long-Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
- First Timers Accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: Yes, Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50-mile radius, will accept locals

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
