Pay: $17/hour for day shift and $18.28/hour for night shift

Schedule: Some reach truck openings are Monday-Friday, some will have a rotational schedule (rotating days...2-2-3, 12hrs p/day)

Description:

Accurately completes and records Daily Inspection Checklist for powered industrial trucks; advises Maintenance and/or Department Manager/Supervisor when repairs and/or parts are needed for equipment.

Reviews material requests/work orders or follows verbal instructions to ascertain products or materials to be moved or pulled.

Utilizing reach truck, stand-up forklift, or other devices, loads, unloads, and transports pre-printed material from the floor racks to other designated work areas, including the warehouse.

Assists with inventory by placing (receiving)and pulling (manual pull) from the correct inventory location.

May assist with staging jobs in various work areas, banding skids, and distributing materials as needed.

Separates production materials and clearly marks with identifying methods for current or future use in production operations.

May load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, tables, racks, and shelves.

Notifies the appropriate staff when variation in product is found to mitigate production defects and waste.

Reports faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to the department supervisor.

Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures; promptly corrects hazardous situations and clears work area of loose wood and plastic.

Follows all company policies, security protocols & procedures, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and ISO requirements.

Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

May be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
