- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas.
- Install carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile flooring with precision.
- Prepare and level subfloors before installation.
- Remove existing flooring materials and dispose of them properly.
- Apply adhesives, padding, and other necessary materials for installation.
- Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards for quality and safety.
- Collaborate with clients to determine the best flooring solutions for their needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing flooring installation.
Pay & Shift :
- Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
- Occasional evening or weekend jobs for commercial projects
- $16.50-20 / HRnegotiable and based on experience
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Carpet and Floor Installer or similar role.
- Impeccable attendance
- Must wear steel toe boots , other necessary PPE provided by United Talent
- Knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Take and follow instructions and initiative.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
