Job Summary:

Salary will be based on experience.

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Embroidery machines to decorate garments with logos, letters or other patterns onto garments and other materials.

Duties:

- Operate Embroidery machines to decorate garments

- Set up machines by selecting the appropriate thread, needle, and other supplies

- Hoop garments properly to ensure accurate stitching

- Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or malfunctions

- Perform regular machine maintenance tasks on Embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance

- Inspect finished garments for quality and make any necessary adjustments

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

- Troubleshoot any problems that arise with your machine and resolve them

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator, preferably in garment manufacturing or related industry

- Proficient in operating embroidery machines and understand various hooping techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

- Basic math skills for measuring and hooping accurately

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary

- Ability to read and understand job jackets
