- Efficiently handle a caseload ranging from 100-200 cases;
- Engage directly with clients to provide expert legal advice;
- Draft legal documents, opinions, conduct negotiations;
- Represent clients in hearings and motions, demonstrating strong advocacy and legal strategy skills
- Work closely with legal assistants and support staff to prepare and manage cases
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school;
- An active member of the Alabama Bar;
- 1-3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law. Candidates with Plaintiff Personal Injury backgrounds may also be considered;
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus;
- Strong skills in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
