Job Description
- Health Insurance Paid for by Company;

- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents;
- Maintain Client contact;
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes;
- Monitor and calendar deadlines and appointments; and
- Record and store client information,
- Previous experience as a paralegal;
- Familiarity with personal injury cases;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to questions from doctor’s offices, clients, attorney’s offices and others;
- Document all calls in Prevail Case Management System;
- Conduct questionnaires with prospective clients, documenting responses electronically;
- Set up new claims with insurance companies;
- Mail out correspondence from attorneys;
- Schedule meetings for attorneys;
- Correspond with client;
- Update client on case status;
- Request medical records;
- Draft Demand Packages;
- Draft and Respond to Discovery
- Maintain paper files;
- File documents with the court.
- Must own reliable transportation; and
- Must read, write and speak English – bilingual is a plus.
