Como Analista de Investigación en nuestro equipo de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A) que continua expandiéndose, desempeñarás un papel fundamental apoyando nuestros procesos de fusiones y adquisiciones, adquiriendo una valiosa experiencia durante tu tiempo con nosotros. ¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS TAREAS? Principales responsabilidades (>80% del tiempo) Analizar los objetivos de adquisición: comprender y utilizar nuestro perfil de inversión para una selección inicial de prospectos. Carve Out: deconstruir grandes corporaciones multinacionales e identificar oportunidades de adquisición. Big Data: monitorear, administrar y mantener la calidad de los datos en nuestro CRM para rastrear KPIs y construir paneles de información clave. Investigación: realizar estudios de mercado en nuevas verticales y geografías, apoyando nuestro crecimiento continuo. Asesores de fusiones y adquisiciones: identificar asesores de fusiones y adquisiciones de software relevantes, desde firmas internacionales hasta boutiques regionales. Fuentes de datos: identificar y analizar fuentes de datos externas relevantes e información sobre tendencias, eventos y otras noticias relacionadas a industrias de interés. Otros (<20% del tiempo) Apoyar las transacciones de fusiones y adquisiciones: apoyar a nuestro equipo de fusiones y adquisiciones durante la etapa de Due Diligence (análisis de mercado, revisión de contratos, análisis financiero) y ayudar a preparar nuestros memorandos de inversión. Ad-Hoc: proyectos de investigación en colaboración con Ejecutivos de Desarrollo de Negocios y Líderes de Grupo, para apoyar los esfuerzos de fusiones y adquisiciones. Otras tareas según lo indicado por el Gerente de Estrategia de M&A. REQUISITOS Estudiante de carreras de Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería o afines. Fluidez en inglés. LO QUE TE HARÁ DESTACAR Conocimiento y/o interés en los sectores de software y tecnología. Ser curioso y creativo. Manejo de Microsoft Excel y habilidad para manipular información de múltiples fuentes. Actualmente buscando designación profesional de contabilidad y/o finanzas. Ser bilingüe (inglés y español), conversación y escrita. As the Research Analyst for the M&A team you will have a critical role in supporting our M&A process, gaining valuable experience during your time with us. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING Majority (>80%) Analyze Acquisition Targets – Understand and use our preferred investment profile for our initial screening of prospects Carve Out – Deconstruct large multinational corporations and identify carve out opportunities Big Data – Monitor, manage and maintain data quality in our CRM to track key KPIs & dashboards Research – Perform market research in new verticals and new geographies in support of our continued growth M&A Advisors – Map out all relevant software M&A advisors from international to regional boutique Data sources – Identify & analyze relevant 3rd party data sources, industry lists and trade conferences Minority (<20%) Supporting M&A transactions – Aid due diligence (market analysis, contract review, financial analysis) and assist with preparing our investment memorandums Ad Hoc - research projects with Business Development Executives and Group Leaders to support M&A efforts.
