Job Summary
Ampure seeks a seasoned Finance Program Manager to join our Global Finance Team. You will be responsible for leading & supporting enterprise-wide finance-led initiatives. We are in a company wide transformation initiative that will include ERP, Engineering tools, CRM and Customer Service and other applications.
This Program Manager will have fluency across three disciplines: Finance (all Finance domains), Program Management, and Technology- You are well versed in all three in order to bridge across our diverse stakeholder group. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, a fast learner, and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of projects.
This Program Manager is expected to have strong business acumen coupled with technical and industry background, plus strong communication skills to effectively facilitate project meetings and discussions between functions.
What You'll Do
Manage the successful design and implementation of various financial requirements, processes, and systems.

• Provide implementation expertise and work across Finance team members and the business to collect, understand, and design business requirements and processes.
• Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.
• Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.
• Develop and implement project management plans and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes.
• Manage the successful design and implementation of various financial requirements, processes, and systems.
• Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect, understand, and design business requirements and processes.
• Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.
• Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.
• Lead Finance driven work as a lead Program Manager, coordinating across stakeholder groups and building programs from the ground up
• Lead all aspects of assigned projects and prepare detailed project tracking documentation and status updates
• Lead documentation of functional area requirements, testing, and impacts
• Partner with Business teams to ensure Finance requirements are identified and met prior to launch
• Identify project risks and escalate to leadership in a timely manner
• Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on and a self-motivated personality
• Have presentation skills with experience presenting to executive leadership, articulating complex concepts, and providing clear justifications and potential outcomes

Who You Are

• 5 years in Finance and Accounting technical exposure and experience
• 3 years of experience in managing and implementing financial IT systems projects
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
• Proven analytical skills, flexible, creative and results oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience with large scale project implementations with impact to end-to-end business functions and systems
• Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed
• Strong techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
• Experience with NetSuite - Mandatory
