Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers while efficiently processing transactions at the checkout counter.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is beneficial
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
