- Develop and maintain all quality records as necessary for compliance with customer needs
- Develop and maintain welding certification database
- Review and markup drawings for QC checkpoints
- Assist in development and certification of weld processes
- Physically inspect welds, measurements, tolerances, finishes, etc as necessary
- Develop inspection reports for customers
- Assist in QA meetings with customers
- Certified Welding Inspector
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and similar programs
- 5 years of quality assurance/quality control experience
- Multi-Tasking
- Customer Relations
- Great sense of urgency
- Good Communication and people skills
- Be able to think quickly and critically in response to job and scope changes
- Self-driven
- Knowledgeable in AWS D1.1/D1.6
- 10 years of quality assurance/quality control experience
- Very organized and able to maintain a large volume of records
