Peak Claims Group, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Remote Recruiter
Our team is seeking a remote-base recruiter to join our claims team. We need someone with an upbeat personality that is eager to make phone calls following a script and updating our CRM with updated information. We are a high-volume catastrophe company and has 100s of people apply to our company every month.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential independent contractors
- Assist in on-boarding 1099 contractors
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain independent contractor files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields is a PLUS
- Strong knowledge of excel and/or CRM use
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
