KB Complete Plumbing is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Mission, KS
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENATIVE
Pay: $17 Hourly **Paid Weekly**
KB Complete is looking for a few good men and women to join our outstanding team of service professionals.
We are in need of Customer Service Reps to answer and book incoming service calls, as well as make outgoing follow-up calls. Must have excellent verbal and written skills, have an eye for detail, computer savvy, and have a friendly voice to assist our Customers.
Pay: $17 Hourly **Paid Weekly**
Must be able to work a rotating Saturday shift from 7 a.m. 3 p.m. (A day off during the week is given, if working Saturday.)

What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
