Job Overview:

The primary role of the Restoration Estimator is creating & negotiating insurance supplements. This role is also responsible for all pertinent communication with insurance companies, sales, production, customers, and any other parties needed to get the job done.

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 dependent upon experience.

Location: On-site Monday through Friday - Minnetonka, MN

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing supplement requests and adjuster meetings and colors meeting documentation.
• Drafting of Xactimate estimates.
• Negotiation of claims settlement for proper scope and pricing & financial reconciliation according to Prominent standards.
• Formulate appropriate supplement items and write an Xactimate estimate.
• Ensure all supplement estimates are accurate and thorough before they are sent to Insurance Companies.
• Prepare data for pay requests and submit it in a timely fashion as directed.
• Oversee and manage the workflow with Project Coordination, Sales, and Production for all assigned supplement.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication, and updates with all customers and/or salespeople as needed.
• Adhere to all company standards, including all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• MUST have 1 to 2 years of Residential Restoration Xactimate experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and CRMs.
• 1 years negotiating residential insurance claims.
• 1 Year of Residential Exterior Restoration/Construction Experience or Equivalent.
• Highly organized and has great communication skills.
