- Willingness for Instruction and Learning
- Related Work Experience
- Generalist Skills
- Ability to Lift Heavy Materials
- Heavy Equipment Operation Experience (Preferred)
- Large Truck and Trailer Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Tools and Materials (Preferred)
- Construction Experience (Preferred)
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Skilled Trade (Preferred)
- Carpentry Background (preferred)
